How to make a Rose and Chocolate stem Valentine Gift

I made three of these gifts because my 9 year old son has 3 teachers. And as always , to make any gift extra special, I add personalized tags and my son would write notes in his own words for each person.

To make one, you just need a single rose, a Tobleron chocolate bar (or any long chocolate bar of your choice), valentine washi tape, scissor, 1 hole punch, ribbon, and these free printable Valentine gift tags for Teachers.

Last year I used true rose flowers. But by the time they announced the kids can now approached their teachers, the petals were already falling off.

This time I found gorgeous edible rose candy flowers at a grocery store. They are cheaper too.

Here’s How:

Attach the chocolate bar on the stem of your rose flower using a washi tape.
Download, print and cut your free tags and valentine note.
Don’t forget to have your kids write notes for their teachers using the valentine notes printable.
Punch a hole on the top middle of the tags and note.
Tie them all together onto your gift with a ribbon. Done! Classic and easy! ?
